Great for young kids, especially
when used as a character meet 'n' greet area. |
Located in the Toontown fair area, Mickey's Country House
is a brightly painted yellow affair, furnished with props that
will be very familiar to Disney cartoon fans. Mickey's Judges
outfit, neatly pressed, hangs in the coatrack for example (Mickey
is head judge for the county fair).
The house shows plenty of evidence of recent visits by Donald
and Goofy, especially in the Kitchen area where they have attempted
(unsuccessfully) to re-model the room.
Outside the house, the small garden area has various amusing
plants, such as giant vegetables all adorned with their own "Mickey
Ears", some interesting topiary features, and of course Pluto's
Doghouse.
The Judge's Tent at the rear of Mickey's House is usually a good
place to meet and have your picture taken with Mickey or Minnie,
after you've sat through the all too familiar pre-show video,
which this time shows highlights of Mickey's county fair successes.
