The ABC Sound Studio also known as "ABC
One Saturday Morning", was formerly the Monster Sound Show,
but was changed during 1998.
Although the concept of the attraction remains identical,
(audience members add sound effects to a pre-recorded film sequence),
along with the change of name comes a change of film sequence.
Gone is the earlier comedy sketch with the deranged butler played
by Martin Short attempting to kill an insurance salesman, played
by Chevy Chase. This has been replaced by a 45-second clip from
the "ABC Saturday Morning" 101-Dalmations.
As with the earlier attraction, the show still lasts
for 15-minutes in total, and it helps to show the importance of
sound effects in animated cartoons.
