It's Tough to be a Bug

[Disney Vacation Planner]

At A Glance Great 3d animated movie from Pixar which has plenty of suprises and good 3d effects when viewed via the supplied 3d glasses.

Housed within the gnarled roots at the base of the Tree of Life is a 430-seat theater, showing "It's Tough to Be a Bug," a part-3-D animated movie, part animatronic show along the lines of Epcot's "Honey I Shrunk the Audience." "It's Tough to Be A Bug" follows the adventures of some truly creepy crawlies.

Jon Cryer stars as "Flick," the ant who leads you through your 3-D journey. Flick introduces guests to lots of furry friends including like Chile, the Chilean tarantula; an acid-spouting termite and a stinkbug whose aim leaves a lot to be desired; and things get a bit buggy when a nasty grasshopper show up. Listen for the voices of Cheech Marin and "Seinfeld"'s Jason Alexander.

As with Honey I Shrunk the Audience It's Tough to be a Bug requires the guest to wear a pair of 3-d glasses to get the full effect of the film, which also includes some sensory suprises towards the end.
