Peter Pan's Flight
At A Glance |
Visually excellent ride across
the rooftops of London and onto Neverland. |
Based on the Peter Pan story by J. M. Barrie, Peter
Pan's Flight is a ride that is visually excellent, and which both
children and most adults will enjoy.
The ride vehicles, designed to look like small
pirate ships, are suspended from the ceiling of the room,
and gradually make their way around the room, climbing and
dipping through various scenes from the story, including over
the rooftops and landmarks of London, lit up with thousands
of small twinkling lights.
Very small children may have difficulty seeing
some of the more visually effective scenes, which are almost
directly below the ride vehicle, and may also find the later
crocodile scene a little scary. Other than that though it
is an excellent classic Disney ride, and one that shouldn't
be missed.
The best time to visit the ride is probably during
the parade, or just before the park closes at night.
